-3 station...
I'm 36 weeks and had my doctor appointment today. She checked me and said I was at -3 station and about a fingertip dilated. Does this mean my baby girl is slowly on her way??!!
Not necessarily. Or yeah, possibly, depending on your definition of "on her way". Baby could hang out right there for a few more weeks no problem. It wouldn't hurt to have things ready just in case but there's absolutely no guarantee it'll happen anytime soon. At -3 baby is engaged but certainly not presenting yet. Don't panic. You've got plenty of time.
