I have been sick since week 5 and I'm 16 now and still sick and vomiting. I take diglegis at night which is b6 and unisom mixed in a pill and it's great. It helps get the rest I need. Also i don't feel as bad when i wake up. I eat about every 2hrs during the day to keep from an empty stomach and eat right before bed. Carbs keep me fuller longer. Everything else these ladies are saying didn't work for me. O and eating ice helps a lot. Sonic ice and sprite. :)

Snacking all day seemed to help me the hungrier I was the worse the nausea was for me. I also liked cold things, those seemed to help!

I felt sick all day as well. I found that if I snacked throughout the day (and night) I was less nauseous. Something as simple as saltines or graham crackers by the bed so when I got up to use the bathroom or just roll over I would eat a few. I also drank a little ginger ale or coke to calm my stomach. I am over seven weeks now and know I'm still in the beginning but I have been surviving on cereal. Everything else sounds horrible. I just recently started to make meals again, bland because anything that sounds like it has a lot of flavor makes me feel ill just thinking about it. I hope this helps you.

I tried everything too! Sea bands worked for one day but not a day after. Failed ginger ale, ginger mints, peppermint.....After trying everything naturally, Ive moved on to supplements. Vitamin B6 100mg. This alone worked for a week but somehow stopped.I asked my boss, who happens to be a pharmacist, and he recommended combining the B6 with generic unisom (doxylamine) 10 to 12.5 mg. It works very well.the only problem is it does make you sleepy so i only take it at night. And although i do get sick once every few days it beats being sick ALL day everyday!

Search your local stores for these wrist bands called sea bands there are no drugs involved so its safe for you and baby all it is is a button thing that pushes on pressure points on your wrists nothing harmful at all I have been using them for 4 weeks now and have not got sick since at Walmart they were 8.99

I tried everything-water. Gatorade. Ginger candy. Ginger gum. Ginger tea. Peppermint tea. Crackers. Gums. Small meals. Pretzels.  Things would work for a few days then stop. I found ******* pops drops and those actually helped some. The doctor prescribed meds but they would give me a headache and I'd be sick again so I stopped.  I lost 25 lbs. Finally stopped at 20 weeks.  Hood Luck And Try Anything!

Try some ginger ale or pickles they helped me a bit, but then I ended up not being able to hold down anything and my doc prescribed me meds. If that's what happening you should talk to your doc. Hope u feel better :)

Sadly, there's not a lot you can do. I drank Gatorade and ice cold water with lemon. Sucking on peppermints also helps. Good luck to you!
