I've found when i have troubles sleeping i lay on my back with a larger firmer pillow under my legs. It reduces a lot of pressure and puts me right to sleep

I drift back and forth latly from hard to unbelievably easy to pass out.
When I have trouble I put an extra pillow between my knees. Sometimes I need the TV on, sometimes off, sometimes I need to have a glass of warm chocolate milk. Lately I need to be on my left side with a pillow tucked under my torso and my arm under the pillow.

I just told someone about this yesterday!  I use this app called sleep sounds. Its like a white noise machine..I pick rain storm and put it on a timer and I have always had insomnia and I usually turn it on if ive been laying in bed for an hr and it usually gets me to sleep in about 10-20 min. There are other sounds too. My husband hates it but falls asleep in like 5 seconds so I wait til hes asleep and turn it on.
