Is it possible vernix would show in amniotic fluid leak at 20 weeks... Or does this only occur closer to term?

I have watery discharge, that is clear with small flecks (I initially assumed they were bits of thicker discharge)... But I am paranoid.

Would the summer weather be causing my discharge to simply liquify more?

Paranoia at its worst... Worrying about your child starts way too early!

If you're worried, catch some on a pad and bring it to your doctor. They can check to see if it's fluid!

Probably just regular discharge. If it was your waters you would leak each time you got up and would also probably soak a pad within a somewhat short period of time.
