19 weeks pregnant crampimg
Went on a 12 hour car ride to visit family....yesterday on the return ride I cramped most the day..I think it is radiating from my lower back and I don't have blood. The cramps are very mild....just concerned something may be wrong.

More then likely they are just Braxton Hicks from being in a vehicle for so long. My family is ten hours away I understand where your coming from next time stop every 45 minutes to an hour and get out to walk and stretch. Take a warm bath to help relax it should make the cramping go away.
