You're likely to hear the heartbeat and kinda see it too. There is a kinda graph type thing. As far as what the baby is going to look like, at the 6 week, I think my husband put it best...."it looks like a caterpillar inside of a half inflated balloon". Lol
If its at the end of week 6, you will probably see the heartbeat. Congratulations!
