1st pregnancy

I'm 36wks today... Is there anything I can do about the pain that's in my hips and thighs. They hurt so bad, it's hard for me to get in and out of bed. It's even hurtful to turn from one side to another when trying to get comfortable.

FTM...36 weeks and 2 days. And my EVERYTHING is hurting! My doctor said I could take Tylenol for the pain. But everything you are enduring is so normal!

Maybe a memory foam mattress or some pillows to lay on? I had really bad leg cramps and my doctor suggested eating more bananas for the potassium, but I'm pretty sure your talking more along the lines of aches and pain that stays. Not sure besides medication and staying hydrated.  Hope you all figure something out soon!

Maybe look for a chiropractor that works on pregnant women and knows the Webster technic it's good to have your hips aligned for yourself and labor.

36 weeks today as well. My hips have been hurting for the last few weeks but my thighs just started hurting-ouchy!! Warm baths have helped me before bed. Also someone suggested Vicks vapor rub for my hips, I guess it helps with minor aches, I haven't yet tried it

I'm 36 weeks 5 days and have had the same problem for a few weeks now. I take hot baths before bed and sleep with a pillow between my legs if I'm on my side which seems to help plus I'll take a Tylenol if it gets too uncomfortable.

I've had those pain since I was 2 weeks.  The doctor told me to try a heating pad, warm bath or Tylenol. .. hopefully one of these work for you because it doesn't work for me
