1st pregnancy

I am 12 weeks and I still have cramps on and off that can be very painful. I have no spotting but my doctor said it's normal..... is this true?

I'm so glad to know that other people are experiencing this. Well, I feel for you ladies! Only been 7 weeks and I have had major cramps. I was told its normal changes, uterus accommodating etc.

Dr said its your uterous stretching

Hi, Im 11 weeks and i get them every now and then...the dr said its ligaments stretching and as long as there isnt any blood it should be fine but you can ask at your next appt
