Snapping

Hi Ladies!! I'm a FTM. And my fiancé says I keep snapping at him. And I may but I'm on an emotional roller coaster. Like I have aggression and irritable all the time. I feel tense as I'm writing this...any advice will be greatly appreciated

I wish I had some great advice for you but the best thing I can say is try to take a deep breath and think about what you're saying before you say it. I am in the same boat as you and usually after I finish what I'm saying I realize I may have been excessive. It's easier said than done but just try to make sure you're calm before you respond.

I do too at times. My husband understand and I also apologize to him afterwards. Try doing something for him like a back rub.

Your man needs to understand and not take it personally I'm the same way and I'm almost 34 weeks right now I'm so angry all the time it's not funny yelling and crying it's horrible but I do make a point when I calm down to tell him I'm sorry and that I love him for being there for me! Good luck

I'm a FTM at nine weeks and I also feel irritable a lot. I keep reminding myself it's just a symptom and not really me and I try to take a deep breath before I say the first horrible thing that comes to mind. I'm going to start doing prenatal yoga by watching free YouTube videos and hopefully that will help me be mindful and also energize me and help me not to be so moody. I went for a walk today and after I felt soooo great and in such a great mood so I think exercise is key!
