2 sacs 1 empty

I had my first u/s yesterday at 6wk 1 day (due to spotting old blood - no cramps). The tech found 1 baby and yolk sac and found its heart rate at 115 bpm. I noticed a black spot on the scan and asked her what it was. She said it could be a pocket of blood. After she looked at it she said it could was probably another sac but she didnt seea baby in that one. I meet with the dr and she didnt seem too concerned with the other sac. She said that the spotting was either implantation bleeding or that i was miscarrying the other sac. I read other posts and women with similiar stories have had a 2nd baby show up a couple weeks later. What are the odds of that happening? I could have another u/s in 2 wks or I could just be patient and wait 4 wks for my regularly scheduled one. I dont have any preg symptoms.

The way I see it both options are equally likely. You could either be miscarrying the one, or it could just be developing slower then the other. If I was in your shoes I would go back in two weeks because two weeks is enough time to see a change in the sac. Good luck mana!
