Ur contracting keep an eye on it and inform ur midwife, dont rely on waters breaking because i had litterally no water with my first labour, exciting stuff good luck!

The contractions are what's making your cervix dialate and thin out (efface) so every contraction your feeling each one is slowly (or quickly) making your cervix dialate and thin so definitely keep timing them when they become 5 minutes apart and are consistently coming every 5 minutes or so it's time to head into the hospital so like soflydo said call your partner and tell him your labor has started and call your doctor and let them know how far apart your contractions are and how long you've been having them for even though they aren't really really painful they are still making you dialate so sit down with a watch and i used pen and paper to write down times so i could watch them better but keep your eye on them and good luck! You might just end up meeting your little one today!! :)

Keep an eye on them honey don't wait for your water to break. With my daughter I got to the hospital at a 9 and they still had to break my water for me! Good luck!!!!

it looks like you're going to have the baby soon. Continue to time your contractions. Contact your dr to let them know whats going on and call your partner to be on stand by. Best of luck!
