Confused

My last period was on March 29, Then April came along and I didn't start peripd . May 6 took pregnancy test and its positive. I'm 7 weeks but I'm confused if I am or more. Doctors appointment is coming soon..

im going off the dates that the medhelp app gives me, today is 7w5d, im pretty sure its accurate. your about 6 days ahead of me.

My last period was march 20 (for 2 days) and then march 28 lasted 3 days. Nothing through out April,  my period tracker said that I was due for one May 8. May 15 (my bday) we took a test. Positive!  At first they said due date was December 25 (march 20 lmp). Then they said January 2 (march 28 lmp). Then on first ultrasound (May 17) they said I measure 5w6d and due date was January 12. Second ultrasound (May 20) I am still on track for January 12 2014 and was 6w2d. With a heart beat of 119.

With my first pregnancy I had a short period the first two months of pregnancy. The pregnancy tests I was taking were coming up negative. It wasn't until I went to visit my Obgyn doc that I found out I was pregnant the whole time! My doctor said that some women will have a period the first month or two of pregnancy.

my lmp was March 23. I'm 8w4d today. naan84 I don't think that is accurate may want to check with the Dr bc I've already had 2 ultrasounds and my due date is December 28

doctors initially calculate from first day of LMP. but they do the first U/S scan to see how far along you actually are because we dont all ovulate at the same time after our periods

My last period was also march 29 and I'm 7w3d, est. due date is 3/1/14.
It has to be calculated from your last period as its difficult to know when you actually ovulated and thats why the due date is always an estimate.

Doctors calculate your development according to the first day of your last period. I am not sure why they wouldn't calculate it from around the day of conception but I hope that helps! Good luck to you all!

Wow, very similar to me. last period was march 31, and i will be 7 weeks tuesday...i think i may be more also, but i wont kno until my doc appt may 31.
