Labor anxiety :) Don't worry, you're not alone by any means. This is my second baby and I'm also very nervous about labor, I also had some unforeseeable problems during labor but that doesn't mean they will happen this time.
Just sit tight and picture everything going smoothly. Labor will never be perfect, but it will be safe and it doesn't have to be scary. Anyone would be intimated by this especially if it's their first time, but do everything you can to keep calm. Remember just because it's not easy doesn't mean it's not going to be alright.

Is there a specific reason that makes you feel that way?

Definitely don't think like that. You have to think positive. Doctors have the education and technology now to keep both mom and baby safe during delivery. I know sometimes that our minds wander and we think negatively but you just have to be positive. As jaceandkhimommy said, if you have been having complications your doctor would definitely tell you if there were life threatening risks.

First you should not think like that. Do you have complications or sonething? If that was the case and your pregnancy was life threatening than your doc would tell you.secondly with anything in life there is risks. So enjoy your pregnancy and dont stress because trust me you will be fine.
