Will I deliver sooner?

I had a Dr visit today and was told I'm measuring bigger than what I am.  I'm 30 weeks but Dr saysI measure more like 31 weeks.  He also said baby is head down.  Could this mean I could deliver sooner than later?  Will my baby concontinue to flip or will she stay head down till birth?

You will still deliver when baby is ready. Plus it is possible for due date and conception date to be off a little by a week or 2. They just give us estimates. Baby can decide to stay head down or flip around some more before they get here.
