36 weeks and 4 days in a funk

Idk how to explain it but im in this i don't know if I am really ready funk o i have two other boys one is 5 and the other is 1 im supposed to be due on the 14th of October but my last appointment the doc said that I was 1 1/2 centimeters dilated and 75% effaced i have been in to the l&d a few times this last weekend because I started to feel my contractions closer together and geting much stronger they told me each time that there was no change and that the contraptions were still iragular wich was kind of frustrating for me because they were painful now im in this funk like i dont want to do anything and idk what to do im ready for him to be here and not at the same time likda like beeing overwhelmed my husband keeps reassuring me that we have this and we can do it together but i still worry that im not really ready for this wich is kinda stupid cuz of how far along i am and it was planed but do you ladies have any ideas or anything that could help me my bext doc appointment is Thursday and im not really looking forward to it expecially if nothig has changed in the last week....
