Ftm im.39w4days & I don't seem to have any signs of labor :( the other day I had sex and I was bleeding a lil and had a some mild cramping , but didn't get any stronger . My next doc appt were going tot talk about being induced which I really don't feel comfortable with . Any suggestions besides walking&sex to enhance labor ?
Yes bouncing on medicine ball helps bring baby down. Hang in there momma your almost there:) if you do a Google search it gives you a whole list of things you can do:) good luck.
Bouncing on a ball and castor oil put me into labor.
