im having contractions already

I am only 31 weeks..and my cervix is already shortened..will I go into preterm labor?

I have a very short cervix, I had to have a cerclage put in at 22 Weeks. Try n lay down with ur legs elevated as much as u can that helps alot....avoid walking alot u can go into pre term labor

Do they change with position, increased fluid intake, showering, walking? It's possible they're BH contractions which are generally seen as harmless. If they are regular at all or you're getting more than 4-6 an hour you need seen.
