I am scared of the delivery. Vaginal delivery sounds scary. How to overcome the fear? And any tips?

I have to say ive had two c sections and one natural. Id prefer natural anyday. With me c sections were started from labour but gog complicated and turned into c sectons and the fact with vaginal is you can get up straight away yeh tired and sore a couple days but better than a few weeks

I had a c section and got skin to skin and my husband was with her every minute and away from me for about 10 mins. If it's  your first your recovery  for a c section and natural labour are roughly the same (according to obstetrician). Just try and relax and see what happens naturally - it will all happen so quick, you'll  have your baby before you know it! Vaginal or c-section - the prize of a beautiful  baby is the same!

I had an emergency C section and while I would have preferred a vaginal delivery for recovery I personally found the section ok. I had skin on skin with my daughter and she was never out of my sight in the operating room and my husband held her immediately after they weighed her and did apgar tests. All hospitals are very different.
