Always reading and posting comments on this forum and live reading the majority, and just curious,(with the age rating of the forum) how old are you? Is this your first child? I am 27, have a 7yr old son, 9weeks on second child and seem to be one of the few on here not residing in the US, i am British! (And i love a cup of hot tea and very upset it is one of the things my morning sickness is saying no to!!) :)

Hi! I'm 21 weeks with my second pregnancy, the first one was a miscarriage earlier this year. So far so good:) We chose to not find out the gender yet, which is hard to do! Lol. Wow its so lovely reading little snippets from everyone, so many people in the same boat yet all over the globe, it fascinates me hearing from other people/places and i would love to visit them all! So happy for all of you it is so exciting! I couldnt contain myself last night and told my sister early! Only 18days til12week mark and first scan though! Love hearing the different kinds of jobs from people too! Some sounding so different a lifestyle, all sound fab! Im just a lowly sales assistant in a video game shop but my partner is a head chef, though that also means he works 9am-midnight most days!

I'm 25 years old and live in Michigan, USA (also in the Midwest region). I am currently 15 weeks with our second. We have a year old daughter named Amelia. They will be about 21 months apart. My mom had me at 19 and then (after a tubal ligation and reversal) finqlly had my half brother at 29... I could see the difference in her energy and patience with him (not to mention the way her body did bonce back as easily), so I decided early on that I wanted to have children earlier rather than later. Plus, after courses in anatomy and physiology & child development I found out that a woman's fertility is much higher before the age of 26 and more complications are possible after that age.  Thankfully, I was able to find a healthy relationship well before that time in my life plan. We decided to have children now since he's 7 years older and is already worrying about being 50 when our oldest is grown enough to leave the house. He wants us to be able to enjoy retirement ourselves.

Hi im 27 i live in england:) currently 26 weeks pregnant with a lil girl shes my 4th child. I have two older girls who are 8 and 6 and a little boy whose just turned 2. This pregnancy is my first real bad one. Hyperemesis from weeks 4 to 21. My spd started round about week 13 this time. Severe itchiness on hands n feet but its not OC as ive been tested twice. Lost a little amniotic fluid. Slowly losing plug. I think my body is saying enough is enough lol no more kiddies. I love it really though its lovely been pregnant. Xxx

i live in central Connecticut, I'm 26 years old and pregnant for the first time after trying for a year. My fiancé is 34 and this is his second child who is 12. I was so nervous to tell him the result of the test that I sat in the bathroom for five minutes just staring at the plus sign. I couldn't believe it. I finally came out of the bathroom and my fiancé asked me what does it say? I couldn't speak and my hand was shaking when I handed him the test. He couldn't believe it either and excited said take the other pregnancy test. I took the second test and just like the first test the positive sign instantly filled the test results screen and we were both excited but also in shock because it finally happened and it happened when we decided to stop trying.  She's our little miracle.

We tried for about 4 months last year and went back on bc because we were moving out of state and wanted to settle down and bit in our new jobs. Started trying again last January.  Was convinced I wouldn't get pregnant because the last time and gain lol it took was us deciding to have a baby and I was pregnant lol. We were not really trying but we weren't being careful either. I had stopped bc for otherr reasons and had gone to the doc to request to restart it. However, since I was late, I took a home test the following morning and it was positive! I got the call from the pharmacy that morning that the bc was ready too, oh the irony. We had thought we might not have kids and if we were going to that it would not be for another year at least, but with the positive test, we changed our minds. =) Our families are well aware of our intentions to not have kids so this will be an extremely surprising announcement this thanksgiving (which is the 4th Thursday of November,  27 th this year).
