Yeah since i wasnt clear enough and certain people wanted to be rash, i decided to call and talk to the lab myself as i again, had no advice from my doctors office and they told me to just call them. Not allowed to sleep or walk around, nothing. Just sit and wait for three hours. Lol it will be tons of fun..... (Not really)

i hope you pass, i apologize if my comment seemed judgemental. if all you were asking was how to prepare for the 3 hour test then i misunderstood. you simply fast for 12 hours prior to the test. alittle water during that time is fine but once you start the test you shouldn't be allowed anything to eat or drink and you'll have to spend the time at the blood lab. there isn't much else you need to do to prepare.  good luck. :)
