40 weeks today!!! (FTM) and nothing is happening

Today I am 40 weeks pregnant. First Time Mom.And nothing is happening. I know he has to come out on his own. :-( but anyone else due today?

I am due in 7 days and I haven't dilated a thing... beyond irritated.

My mom went horseback riding. Not to rought though. She said she rode around for like an hour and a half. before her contractions were only 2 hours apart after she got off the horse they were about 10 minutes. gave birth to my big head older brother and hes all muscle and speed. With no common sense...lmao

Start dancing around the house!! Thats what i did with my daughter when i was full term, and i went into labor the next night! Turn on some "ice, ice baby" and start dancing as if no one is watching! It truly helps. Look up videos on youtube, of expectant mothers dancin their hearts away, and then see how soon after, their bundle of joy arrived. Hope that helps!! :)

Oh i am hoping that will happen. I been 2cm dilated for two weeks now and lost my mucus plug 2wks ago too. Im feel uncomfortable now. But I'll be the happest women alive once I feel those contractions lol

Im not due for another 17 days and I'm a first time mom as well!! They say a lot of times for first timers the baby doesnt come til after the due date (obviously not in all cases, but plenty) your baby boy will come soon..maybe he will make an appearance tonight:)
