40wks today and contractions stopped
I woke up at 6:30am from period like contractions all the way up until about 10am. Now they have stopped, what can i do besides sex to jump start xontraccontractions again
I wish I knew, both my kids had to be endused. I'm 18 weeks now so won't know for another 5 months when I start trying things again lol best of luck!
Spicy food maybe. I ate hot wings with my second and she came 2 hrs later. But everyone is different. Best of luck
Climbing stairs or rocking on ball, doing semi-squats... Or simply relaxing and letting baby choose the right time (it's what I'm doing). Either way, all the best and good luck :)
