I was born 8 weeks early and my mother said when i came home from hostipal it ment i drank small amounts in shorter spaces of time.. plus i was very very slow. Each bottle was only finished whrn id only be chamged and start crying for the next. And i had colic...
This would drive me mental!!! My poor mother.
When mine were first born it was every two hours for the first week or so for eating. Then after about a week it was every four hours then after a few more weeks or so (dont fully remember how long) it went up to every 6hrs. Theyre pretty good at letting you know when theyre hungry. Burp after every feeding and the diaper situation.... well you wont have to worry about not knowing that one because u will know :) . Dont stress too much. Its a little stressful at first but it gets easier and you will know what your baby needs when they need it as you go.
Lol ok. Well I do imagine a super repetitive cycle of this
I feed mine every 2 hours, and sometimes he's still hungry for a mini feeding in between. I start at 730 am and go every 2 hours from there.
It depends on your baby. My daughter would wake up every 2 to 2 1/2 hours and eat. I would change her at the time of feedings keep it dark at night and bright during the day so it would help with her figuring out day and night. Keep a specific time you declare "bedtime" and after that time feedings and changings are done in dark/dim light and lay them down after burping. Trust me that helped keep me sane
Every child is different you will figure it out on your own! My first was a chunky butt and she fed every 4 hrs
Mine fed every 2-3hrs, the hospital got us to feed on demand. Every feed we'd burp change and put down for a nap.
Sorry this made me laugh I could picture u just doing it over and over. Dont worry they tell u and u just figure it out. C really it comes natural I promise !!! :)
Usually every 4 hours.
How long they take to eat will vary from baby to baby. As will the amount they take....
But yeah eat, burp, poop,sleep
