9 weeks preggo and feeling useless!!!

I'm frustrated over my lack of energy and constant nausea, gagging and vomiting. I literally cry at food commercials out Of frustration! I feel like I am going thru the motions but not accomplishing anything besides growing this precious baby. It's nearly 3pm and I've only just managed to shower. What is wrong with me??? I'm scared of being lazy and life passing me by!

I'm only 6 weeks and I honestly thought that I was the only one going thru this. I'm always tired. I have cravens then when I get them I don't want them. My emotions are up and down! Ugh I feel this is going to be a long pregnancy

I was like that too. I couldn't eat or do anything. Taking a shower was a huge task for me. I had to take time off from work because I almost passed out. I had no energy and sometimes regretted being pregnant. Once I got out of the first trimester, I felt so much better. I'm 30 weeks now and I'm always tired again lol

This is my 3rd and it's a girl, we have 2 boys, and by far this is the most exhausted iv ever been in life, I get sick dry heave and am exhausted all the time. My energy is just gone. Ppl said wait until your second trimester but I'm 20 weeks all nd still no energy at all. I could sleep all day every day. It a frustrating but u just have to listen to your body bc you are making a human and the body knows best.

OMG this is exactly how I felt around that time and I believe that those were my exact words. I am 16 weeks now and I have all of my energy back. I can even pull double shifts at work come home and cook for my family before feeling like I'm tired. This lack of energy is not going to last but you MUST make sure that you eat. It's the most important key to regaining your energy.

It's normal. There's a difference between being tired and being lazy. You are tired, not lazy. Please don't think this way because it may lead to depression. This will pass and you'll be busy and active with your child before you know it :)

Don't feel bad you are growing a human being!! I was sick for 20 weeks and I always felt bad that I couldn't move or do anything. It's a wierd feeling going from 100 to 0. Take it easy and know that once you gain energy back you won't feel this way. Be sure to drink lots of fluids and if you are throwing up 1+ days talk to your dr. Whatever you can eat, eat it.

I just hit 12 weeks with twins, and I'm finally getting my energy and appetite back. My husband was so frustrated that I wasn't keeping up with my end of the housework, but don't worry! It gets better!

I'm struggling with feeling tired and useless too. I'm 14 weeks right now and can't even barely stand up long enough to take a shower. I tried going grocery shopping with my hubby the other day and felt like I was going to pass out. I hope I get some energy soon, and I hope you start feeling better love. Growing a human is so hard. Lol

Yes girl, I hear you I was always on the go pre-pregnancy. Now I'm seven weeks here with fraternal twins.  I pretty much slept all day after getting home after church.  So glad my hubby is watching super bowl at a friend's house.  Totally exhausted. And praying for that transition to better days we gotta just hang in there.

Im the same way and im 14 weeks and i felt the same way at 6 weeks! I feel so lazy and not in the mood for anything at all i just lay on my couch all day. I cant cook, clean, go anywhere. I feel and look ugly so that makes it worst for me to try and look cute and go out. Im just comftorable in my home. I get diarrhea once on awhile and i have a sensitive stomach and i had bad acid reflux, gagging, vomitting but as time goes by its getting better. Now i get extremely hungry but no appetite and no cravings. This ***** sometimes. And then i remember i have a little one inside me and i start to think i hope i can bring this baby into this world without complications. Good luck to you hang in there.
