should i call the midwife?

I'm 11 weeks now and last night I woke three times short of breath and hearing my pulse of my blood so loud in my ears it hurt. I began to breath slowly and deeply but that left me still feeling breathless. I got up to pee and the thudding became more bearable. By the third time I woke up short of breath and the thudding in my ear I made make shift earplugs with toilet paper and it stopped the beat hurting my ears although I could still hear it. The last week I've had bad dizzy spells and shortness of breath. It's almost like I can't fill my lungs enough. Also hot flushes. It's not a panic I just stop what I'm doing, breath, sit down and wait for it to stop.
My blood pressure is good ever time I get it checked. I just don't want to waste midwifes time with an unnecessary call.

Thank you so much I called and she only works three days a week so I got threw to the centre and they said I was right to call just incase. Been seen and am feeling a little better. I've also got terrible nasal congestion which isn't helping and didn't eat much yesterday due to sickness. I'm definitely going to stay still a little longer when I feel off. I'm so used to only feeling dizzy and hearing my pulse for a few minutes maximum I panicked a bit when it lasted hours about 10in total. Seems its all normal. I can't believe I thought pregnancy would just be a warm inner glow until 8 months so far it's been he'll but so worth it.
Thank you for the replies it made me feel better while waiting to see someone

Could also be connected to your blood sugar levels. Definitely tell your midwife, you can't be too careful.

For the dizzy spells,  I had/have them really bad is your iron , try not to get up so fast and try to drink more milk and take an iron supplement my doc told me to take 200 mg of B3 worn my prenatal and it helps alot and with the hot flashes I'm now 34 weeks and I've had them my hole pregnacy , it is because your pumping more blood threw your body than normal for you and the baby try to relax in frount if a fan or ac when you can.  And drink lots of cold water or Gator aid to stay hydrated.

This happens to me too they say it's the baby stretching you and opening up your lungs whenever I get that feeling I drink water and lay on my left side and breathe steadily it helps me every time but check with your midwife just to be safwle its possible for some women to develop asthma in pregnancy and don't lay on your back because it cause the baby to go in distress as well as cut your breathing off as well
