pregnant blessing but feeling ughhh

So I am 13 weeks due March 2015.
I have a 3 year old Will be 4 when new little one is here, I feel so blessed and excited to be having another little one.
I honestly don't remember feeling the way I feel now than with my son, I know that every pregnancy is different in many ways I just feel so sick as if I've been on a roller coaster all day feeling dizzy and just sick, the morning sickness seems to have surpassed which I'm happy about.
I haven't had any crazy cravings except not feeling too kean on meats I've been trying to take my prenatals but they just make me feel so sick.

Does anyone feel or has felt this way before and what may have helped you alleviate the symptoms.

I can relate.  I too am do in March.  The morning sickness is not all day but I still have it. I still don't have lots of energy,  and I have been feeling dizzy as well.  This is my third child.  Definitely different than my other two.  By this point I felt great the other two times.

Good luck with you,  I hope you get to feeling better.

My doctor told me to take my prenatal at night right before bed time, that helped alot. I never took anything for my nausea, but I never vomited either. Dizziness, take lots of breaks, drink lots of water, and sleep as much as you can. Thats all I can think of. Good luck momma!

I, hope so too... it could also be a sign of preeclampsia. .. check with your doctor about it to make sure

I have zofran I haven't taken any only because they dissolve and the taste is horrendous :/ I have the gummy vitamins but I got the stupid sugar coated ones and they are very acidic, I was reading that the reason you may feel this way is he blood vessels are getting wider and more blood is passing through and that causes the dizzy feeling. I hope this passes soon...

I felt this way too and I'm 33 weeks today... I buy the gummy prenatal vitamins because they taste a lot better... also eating bread helps with the nausea if you can't keep anything down than ask your doctor for some Zofran a anti nausea medicine that is very safe to take while pregnant. .. it helped me out
