I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I experienced the same thing for the first trimester. Nothing worked it just went away in the beginning of the the second trimester. Come to find out I was pregnant with twins and that's why I was so sick. See if your doctor will prescribe you something for nausea.

Ginger tablets and 7up helped this pregnancy. My first I could only drink milk and eat fries.

I was extremely sick my first trimester and lost 10 pounds in a month. I took diclegis, which helped some (not completely, but I was able to eat a little). It is really expensive but I was able to get it for $100/mo through foundation care since I don't have insurance.

I tried ginger and the other remedies as well as B6 and unisom, none of which worked. Diclegis was the only thing that gave me any relief.

Thankfully by about 16 weeks most of the vomiting and nausea subsided.

So glad I've now passed all this but I did find ginger biscuits helped loads and eating little but often. The longer I left it to eat something with the thought of being sick the worse it got. Hopefully it will pass for u in next couple of weeks
