I would still mention it to ur doc. Sometimes it indicates other complications.
Mine have been swollen since about that time (I'm 32 weeks now). I gave in to compression socks (Dr. Schol's have been the best) and those are helping. Every appointment comes with a blood pressure check and swelling is only a concern when your BP starts rising. Hang in there!
Its normal...they say if your hands swell that early then call! Drink lots of water n keep them up as much as possible. It probably was the heat n being outside so dont worry.
Just continue what you're doing. If you goto sleep with them swollen and wake up with them swollen then I'd be concerned. But definitely mention it to your doctor next appointment and try to stay off your feet as much as possible
