What can cause a woman to bleed one day then the second and third day spot in the morning and not the rest of the day and then just stop bleeding all together when that is supposed to be your period?
I would say implantation bleeding if pregnancy is apopossibility. Take a test to rule that out.

Dont fret a lot of woman bleed a little during pregnancy. Its normal. If you start cramping and have a heavy flow than see tour doctor.
First thing is implantation. But it could be any number of things.
