Don't try to lose weigweight bc you need nutrients for the baby to grow properly. Just try to maintain your weight and slowly gain little bit every month .it is harder to lose once you gain to much. I'm having same problem I was 212 when I found out I am pregnant now I am 221 and almost 15 weeks. I'm trying not to gain to mucj bc ik I have a really hard time losing the weight once I put it on and my man loves bigger woman just not to big so I dont want to gain to much and be to big for him he seen pictures of when I was pregnant for my daughter 7 years ago and told me please don't get that big with our baby .I can't help what I gain I csn try to but its how fast babys growing and what you eat what times you est and how much ..before bed is not good to eat right before you go to bed ...unless its little bit of peanut butter bc has a lot of protein in it to help your appetite over night . Good luck to all bbw who want to lose weight after there baby is born ..

Eat very healthy! Exercise daily.  Keep out all bad fats. Talk to your doctor. Se how many calories they want you in. Download an app like "my fitness pal" to track calories.

I was 245 when I got pregnant. I am 31 weeks and at 257. My doctor said that is good. I would just monitor the unhealthy foods you eat. If you have a craving, eat whatever you are craving in moderation. Other than that stick to healthy eating.  You should not try to loose weight while pregnant. Definitely discuss with your doctor on proper nutrition for you and your baby.

I was 280lbs got down to 220lbs in 5 months juicing. But then got pregnant really quick before I could transition into eating small healthy foods. I am 24 weeks and up too ,240lbs. It really ***** I worked so hard to get to that weight! Now I feel like a fat Wahl.ahhhhhh but I wouldn't try to lose weight just maintain your weight. Very easy to say. My doctor was like you should only gain 5-10 lbs how is that possible? If the baby is 8 lbs that's 2 pounds for all that fluid and stuff. Being overweight is no fun !

Im trying to at least maintain..... im 14 weeks and FAILING I have put on 5 kg already so much for trying to stay healthy. But for 2 weeks I was really good snacking on fruit whenever I was h7ngry abnanas apples and yoghurt and eggs and stuff and stayed away feom high processed carbs. I got my carbs fron saladas crackers and I didnt gain weight.
But I have low will power so im earing rice and bread again.
(Before I got pregnant with this one I lost 30kg so gaining weight is VERY disappointing) cause I know gow much work I have to do after giving birth....
