Anyone become dizzy close to fainting

I only did a couple daily tasks, I walked to my leasing office to the store cleaned my house and took yhe trash out. I washed some dishes in my sink became really dizzy I had to hold on the the sink to keep balance. I know my doctor told me yesterday my blood pressure was high, but could this be from pregnancy ?

I nearly passed out a few times, but without any trigger. Dr did some tests and my iron was extremely low. Since on the iron supplement it hasn't happened again.

I fainted at work in my second trimester. The ER doctor said I was dehydrated. When I followed up with my PCP she told me my blood sugar was low (she looked over the labs they did at the hospital). Drink lots water and watch your sugar level.

By the way, my doctor also suggested if I am standing up for a while, to move my feet to help the blood flow.  When you get dizzy and faint its because your brain isnt getting any oxygen and your body's natural reaction is to make your body lie down (faint) to get the blood flow going and get oxygen to brain. Lesson learned the hard way for me.

During my 2nd trimester I got dizzy and fainted in a grocery store. That day I was busy doing a bunch of errands and so I didn't eat enough or drink hardly any water. My doctor said it was mostly because I didn't drink water, because our bodies need more water to maintain all the extra blood due to pregnancy. Now I try to take breaks in between chores and errands and eat and drink right. Hope you feel better :)

This happened to me yesterday. I was visiting my parents on the weekend and driving back home yesterday, and when I got back I had to run a couple of errands, and I got really exhausted and felt faint just from that. I actually have low blood pressure normally, so I think it has more to do with being pregnant. Just lay down, drink some water, and give yourself an early bedtime. I had a headache last night but extra sleep has made me feel a lot better.
