Anyone else feel weird when you get up??

Hi ladies!! Just wondering do any of you feel weird after you take a nap or wake in the middle of night for bathroom run? When I say weird I mean feeling like all your blood was shifted to one side of your body, and you sit up feeling dizzy or light headed? I'm 31+1. I've learned to sit there for a second once I get up before I stand, but I can't stand that feeling when it happens.

Yes! I know what youre talking about! Ive actually stumbled to the side a few times! Youre doing exactly what you should though, sitting there for a sec. Its called "dangling" lol we used tell the old folks at the home I worked at to do that before getting up! Hang your feet off the side of the bed.
