Having the same problem right now.. 7 wks and easily agitated. . He says I'm "mad at him all the time" and I've lost my sex drive which frustrates him more.."it's hormones" is all I can say.. I think he's starting to be a little more understanding. .

Aw same! I got the pregnancy blues way early and had them through out my whole pregnancy my opinion definitely talk to your husband because it'll help him understand even if you don't have an explanation hormones it is! I also would talk to your doctor just keeping them updated is always a good idea and then take care of yourself this is not forever and hopeful yours will pass due to just your body flooding with new hormones and changes you can do this :)!!!! This to shall pass

Those dang hormones!  Sorry they are getting the better of you.  Tell your hubby that you are working on it and to just give you some time to get used to the hormonal changes in your body.  Then maybe have some go to things you can do when you feel like you are going to snap (and it is over nothing you'd ordinarily get agitated about).  things like go for a little walk, write in a journal, take some deep breaths in the bathroom, snap a rubber band on your wrist.  Then maybe you can kind of get a handle on it so that you don't act on those moments of agitation you have.  But tell him that you are really just all jumbled up with the changes going on in your body and you are working on it.  :>)  Then he knows it isn't forever and you are aware.  peace and hugs
