Pear, prune, and grape juice are best for constipation, you can try apple but some people get to opposite effect. Also steer clear of eating apples, bananas, and lots of white starchy foods.
I drink apple juice every day to help with that. I drink about 8-16 oz. Another thing that has helped me is greek yogurt. I cant remember the brand but it has a green label and it actually says probiotic on it.
