I use to get alot s h i t from everyone that im not eating enough . But i feel like i am. my body still thin only my belly looks big but i think is because i walk alot everyday to feel good.
I eat when i'm hungry which can be all over the map so i always have something to eat with me
Well at first I wouldnt get hungry until 12 too . the around 4 i would try to eat again then at 8 i try to snack. But lately now that im 31 weeks i get hungry in the mornings around 7 .
I eat every 2-3 hours but always small because if I eat a lot it comes back up..
I dont eat my first meal until noon or 1pm. Than eat small meal (like fruit or yogurt) at 4:30 to 5pm. Than eat dinner around 7 or 8 pm which is cereal or Lean Cuisine. About 10 or 11pm I eat fruit or something small like,string cheese or Triscuits. What about you ? I don't go to bed tell 1am and am up at 6am.
