Thanksgiving Dinner debate

So my family is massive and they are having a big Thanksgiving dinner today, and my husband and I are debating on going! I really want to go, but it seems like every year I always get sick because I am exposed to so many people in one house! My dad has 7 brothers and sisters and all of them have kids and grandkids so there is usually probably sixty people.  I am 37 w 4 d and really need to make it past next Thursday if at all possible. One of my cousins just got over a horrible stomach virus Sunday so I am kind of scared to go BC I have heard vomiting and diarrhea can cause labor. What do you ladies think I should do????? Need advice ASAP

That what I was thinking, its catered and we already paid for our share so I was atleast wanting to go fix our plates, but I didn't wanna seem rude.

Maybe just make a quick appearance then leave? If its not too far away. Otherwise I say stay home. Everyone will understand.
