please help!

Ok sorry if this is tmi, but I need some advice! Please! So last night my hubby and I had sex, afterwards we both fell asleep cuddling which I normally don't do. I always go wash after.  Well today I woke up and I'm cramping so bad and so sore! I can't even sit without having my feet up or my stomach hurts.  Even when my feet are up it hurts! I'm not sure if I'm having contractions, but the pain does get worse and then go away every few mins. The sex wasn't anything crazy that would make me this sore? But could me not washing and leaving his seman offside of me make this happen or make me go into labor? Sorry again for tmi. Also baby is very still today and I had a bowl movement an hour after I woke up, which never happens! Any advice helps! Thanks in advance!

Semen softens the cervix if you are nearing the end it can bring on labor.

They do say that semen and orgasims can cause some cramps and light contractions I would call the doctor or just go in to be on the safe side

Just wait and see if they get worse or just call your doctor's office

I've been having braxton hicks for most of my pregnancy, since early in the second trimester and this feels nothing like them. These are consistent and painful! :/

Could be just Braxton's hicks
