concerned :/

Hey, all. I'm 20 weeks along and I have some concerns. I don't know the sex yet bc my US appt keeps getting changed, but hopefully will be Wednesday. That's not my concern though
1. I don't think I've felt my baby move, and if I have it's not the typical "butterfly wings" or "bubbles". Babe has a good heartbeat as of 4 weeks ago, and I don't have an impending doom feeling, but just concerned that this may be an issue
2. My uterus is shifted over to the right. Anybody else have this issue mid-pregnancy?

Thank you so much for the input! I didn't even consider the placenta being in the way. Y'all also encouraged me about the babe not being as active until after your 20 week mark. My sister is pregnant also with her first, 2 weeks ahead of me, and she claims she felt hers around 14 weeks! Oh well. G-d willing Babe is happily developing and is doing well. I get to "see" (ultrasound) him or her tomorrow!

I am also 20weeks and not feeling my baby. Dr said I should feel him regularly at 24 weeks. My placenta is also in front, so kinda blocks it.

You may have an anterior placenta. That's what I have and was concerned that I was feeling her move as much at 20 weeks as I should since this is my second pregnancy. It means your placenta is in front of your baby rather than behind. So when baby picks she/he is kicking a pillow. Its nothing to be concerned about its perfectly normal. This could be what you have. I would express your concerns to your doctor. Good luck

Especially if this is your first pregnancy you may not feel your baby until week 23. I started feeling my son at week 17 but at week 21 now i still only feel him randomly when im sitting still and quiet. As far as the uterus im not sure!
