Baby has been head down since 24 weeks. Now she is digging feet into my ribs. 30+4. I am going to be so mad at this stubborn girl if she flips back up before delivery lol
I'm the same. I was in hospital for preterm labour at 27/28wks and the nurses just kept giving me heat packs for it. They said its fine to use heat packs for 10mins at a time and not directly on the skin. It helped a bit until I moved around!
I guess my little one love the head down position. When I had ultrasound last week he was resting his head on my right pelvic bone. Sometimes I feel like I'm hurting him.
I'm 32 weeks and every time I've had an ultrasound the baby has been in the head down position. My doctor told me not to worry and the first several weeks the baby has no sense of direction...they just find a comfy spot and stay in it I guess. Now my Lil one turns in different directions but still seems to settle in that head down position...
It's normal. I've been saying my baby will fall out any minute. He been head down for 10 weeks now. I'm 38 weeks and having him thursday!
I try everything even warm baths. I should try this peppermint oil. An my doctor said its normal but it just feel so wrong lol. Sometimes I think he is about to come out cause its so close to my vagina
Oh and I use peppermint oil for the back pain. Works wonderfully!
Same happened to me. I'm now almost 37 weeks!
I had the same issues. I'm now 36.4 and the doctor told me it is normal. It's just your body preparing its self. If you worried call your doctor. I still have the pressure and pain. It's worse now because she's engaged. But warm baths help sometimes. Or if the doctor can't see you. You can always go get checked
