Pre term labor contractions

Was in the hospital for contractions last night and was released on rest restrictions again. I woke up with contractions again but they haven't been horrible. I'm timing them now but at only 36 weeks tomorrow and 3cm and 60% effaced, they doubt I will make it to my scheduled section date of oct 5. My T scar on the inside is what they are worried about with too strong of contractions. My question is if they get bad again, do I head back to the hospital or call my doc first thing in the am if my water doesn't break or anything?

I had minor cramping I say maybe a 3 on the pain scale and I ended up going to the hospital just to be on the safe side when I arrived I was 3 cm dilated 2  hours later I gave birth.

Call. With my last I was in predromal labor for 3 weeks before finally having.g my baby. I even freaked out a nurse with a stress test cause they were 1-2 minutes apart but not dilating at all. Try to relax us all I can say. If they are true your body will eventually relax enough and they will start u diluting more

Yes call. Ur doc should have an emergency nurse on call to answer your questions better. Better safe than sorry.
