A "Tea Party" theme would be cute. You can google that one. Theres a pink tea cup cake with little cupcakes around it.. Really cute..

Can't go wrong with pink polka dot butterfly theme. Those are super cute, too. And pink lady bugs.

I did green apples,but you can do vintage ballerinas, fall colors like brown,orange and wine red flowers. I also seen a babyshower with the red sunflowers it looked really nice. Good luck.

Hmm I just decided on a girls teddy bear theme for my daughters new bedroom, maybe you could use it for a baby shower. Or there's princess, animals, ballerina, flowers.. thats all I got. Try pintrest.

My sister's was 'peppermints and pearls for a sweet little girl'. It was really cute. Does she have a nursery theme? My son's room was done in vintage airplanes and one of our shower themes matched.  I've seen some cute gender neutral themes like 'peas in a pod' and 'duckies'
