Bedrest survival

Hello, so I am 24.5 today, and on modified bedrest. I started having cramping (turns out it was contraction, who knew?!) at 23 weeks. I was in the hospital for a few days and learned that I have a shorted hyperdynamic cervix. They gave me steroids just in case out little guys decides to come early and weekly progesterone injunctions. They sent me home with medications to take every three hours to keep the contractions away. It all seems to be working.

How do I keep from going crazy? Prior to all of this I was very active, I am a nurse so I am used to being in my feet all the time and don't sit still very well. Any ideas?

I have been on bedrest 6 weeks now and the first 1 week I taught I was gonna lose my mind.. So I started watching Netflix TV series and I play games on my phone like CandyCrush, Poker etc. So far its been keeping my sanity! I have till Sep 19 until labor day to go !

Social media. I had the same thing happen with my first, but we didn't have social Media back then. Back then I read a lot of books and had people come by to visit me as often as possible. I would also go sit out in the yard as often as possible. It wasn't much but at least I was "getting out." It's not easy being cooped up, but you'll do fine and the time will go by faster than you think.

If you can find a tv show to get involved in or a game that helps. Or crafts you can do that don't require much movement. I like embroidery and other sewing stuff. You could also try writing stories for baby.
