Have you tried zantac 150?
As soon as baby comes, it'll all go away!:) you're almost there:) I understand, I have bad heartburn as well. I had it so bad one night, I fell asleep after eating sour straws. Woke up in the middle of my sleep with heartburn that went into my nose, I lept up to the bathroom quick and barely made it. I threw up all over the bathtub but was happy that I at least made it. Then the rest of the night I couldn't sleep because I had more during than before in my nose and throat. My esophagus was so irritated and my throat burned so bad. I've learned to eat smaller meals and nothing that is sour. I also try to sleep propped up.
I have tried everything too. It just gets worse the further you go along. I'm 36 weeks and 4 days and it's awful. I take Zantac 150 twice a day and then take tums. We are almost there though and everything will calm down :)
36 weeks, and nothing helps. I swear it's so bad, my ears hurt! Hang in there!
I tried changing my diet abs everything. With my daughter I had heartburn but it wasn't this bad.
Try the zantac 150. I've also heard pickle juice helps.
Also try not to eat anything after 6pm. There are many times I get hungry around 7 or 8 and I snack and have horrible heart burn all night even taking things. If I don't eat after 6 it's not as bad.
Zantac is the only thing that has helped me and it's absolutely amazing.
This is gonna sound strange, but if you're willing, try eating marshmallows... They do the trick for my dad who has terrible GERD.
I can't stand marshmallows, so I've never tried, but I guess it might be worth a shot if you're desperate.
Bananas were my saving grace with my last pregnancy, I always had at least one beside the bed because my heart burn was so bad. I'd tried Zantac and gaviscon but neither worked as well as bananas
Milk work for me I even try zantac 150 before meals but I stop using it cause baby lighting so I'm no longer having that problem
I am 30 weeks pregnant and some nights I wake up to acid burning my throat and nasal cavity...eating smaller meals, limiting sugary foods and drinks, snacking on raw almonds and drinking milk, eating few slices of lemon seem to be helping.
MILK!! works wonders for me.
Apple cider vinegar... This is your answer. If you want a pill, zantac worked for me
