period like cramps

Is getting mild period like cramps  normal when u get diarrhea? Sorry tmi but i went to the bathroom this morning and now my belly is getting really hard, mostly when standing and i have very mild period like cramps also experienced killer heart burn earlier.

I would watch the most that you don't get dehydration. That can course contractions. I also get them when taking walks or when my body needs rest

Thank u!  Shes been extremely active today and i didnt notice her get any lower and the cramps subsided just a tiny bit.

Yes & I drink a bottle of water & this helps relieve it! Water really does work for everything pregnancy lol

I did the same thing and my doc said after using the muscles to go to the bathroom especially diarrhea you can get pains from the baby moving lower because when u go into labor the same muscles that push the baby out are the ones u use to go to the bathroom. If the pains don't go away or increase call doc tho cuz that can be a sign of preterm labor.
