I had bright red bleeding from my 6th week till my 10th week and all along I thought I was having a miscarriage so bright red blood isn't always a miscarriage, turns out I had a blood clot in my uterus that eventually was reabsorbed or bled out, and at sixteen weeks usually the baby's movements are not as pronounced an frequent as later down in the pregnancy, I have been trying all day to feel my baby's movements....don't worry too much I have a lot of cramping also and my doc says its because of the position the baby is lying in

Cramping is normal. Add long as you have no bleeding. Spotting a little brown is okay, but not bright red. You may feel the baby more done days than others. It's normal. Sometimes I feel the baby move mute times than others. Hope this helped a little. It's stressful I know, I get stressed too, you're not alone :-) good luck!
