18 day's to your and DOESN'T FEEL REAL

Im a ftm and really don't feel anything at the minute :/ do you think that's strange ?
I love feeling him kick , but I haven't had the best pregnancy I have been suffering with a bad back that's always got me in agony from the start of pregnancy. I have also had heartburn every single day not to mention all my other pains .
I have also had a lot of stress this last few months which I dont think has helped I lost my aunty suddenly a few wks ago n just found out my grandad has got cancer and not long left to live.  I think all the stress has made me a bit low . Could this be why im feeling like it's not real,  just really can't imagine being a mummy In a few weeks at all . Does anyone else feel like this ?

First off I am so sorry you have had to deal with so much in such a short time. Secondley what you feeling is very normal. You Have had bad news on top of bad news. Have you talked to your Dr or midwife about your feelings? I assure you once you look into your babies eyes everything will feel right. If you ever need to talk feel free to message me.
