12 weeks weight gain

Anybody else gaining too much weight? I feel like I've put on 20 pounds but idk for sure. A pair of my jeans are way too tight but my stretchy ones still fit. I feel like a cow. I'm not eating sweets anymore buy drinking sprite. What can I do?

I feel like I'm gaining a lot of weight also but all I want to eat is unhealthy food :/ it's horrible but I can't make myself eat something I don't want lol I'm 26 weeks and have gained about 22 pounds.

I don't walk as much as I used to before I got pregnant and i eat more than I did before I got pregnant too. I'm going to try and get back on track so hopefully I can maintain a healthy weight for me and baby. I just hope I don't get fussed at my doc appointment next Friday

I gained almost 50 lbs with my first. I started off loosing weight due to hyperemesis and when I could finally eat I did... alot. I love food on a regular day so being pregnant and hungry didn't help. Half way through my daughter wasn't growing properly due to me not taking in enough so I ate the highest calorie foods I could eat and as much as possible. And she was born a healthy 7lbs 15oz.  I say all this to so if your hungry eat, and just talk to your doc to make sure your weight is not at a level where it hurts you or your baby. Im going to try walking with this pregnancy to avoid gaining as much. But I would rather be heavier than my baby being under the normal growth curve again. I hope that helped.  :-)

We say this all the time but it's true! Everyone is different! If your not crazy overeating or eating junky all the time, then it is what it is! Maybe try to include some exercise in your routine, if u aren't already and talk with your doc about your weight gain concerns, they'll monitor that progress with u and it could help ease your concerns. Gl!
