advise for ultrasound

So tomorrow I have an appointment with the doctor (I am15 weeks) and it is possible that they can tell me the gender of my baby (finally!). Now my question is what can I eat or drink or what should I do before my appointment to make my munchkin move so we can see if its a boy or girl?
Im really excited. Now we can start picking baby names and thinking of nursery colors! <3

I loaded up on juice and cookies. Gave my kid one hell of a sugar high. She was so hyper that she kicked the wand three times and caused it t bounce off my belly. Doc was surprised that she was so strong. Lol. Anything that would get you up and going will do triple that for your baby.

Maybe so, my doctor didn't do an ultrasound though at the 15 wk apt. She just listened to the heartbeat and talked to me. We are doing the anatomy scan at my 20 wk ultrasound and that's when we will learn the gender. But if your doctor will tell you,  orange juice helps baby to move around a lot and keep your bladder full for a good view. Good luck!!!

Yes, drink a lot of water for an ultrasound. They don't always tell you that it's better but it does help

I just made sure to have a full bladder for mine. We found out we're having a boy at 16 weeks and 5 days. Good luck momma!
