Birthing Classes

Hey ladies,

Just wondering if there's anyone who's done birthing classes in the past and if so how many weeks preggo were you when you started them?
I'm 18weeks now due january 19th but I don't want to wait too long then have to contend with snow this winter and chance missing classes i have to pay for regardless. Any thoughts?

I'll be 35 weeks when I do mine, and I worry about it being so late. I did the a free online one to help me feel a little more prepaired :)

Baby center website has a free online class if your interested. They don't really teach breathing but its nice.

I went with my first around 6 months and did the online one with my second. It all depends what works best for you. You will have a chance to do a class, take your tours, and make your birthing plan without rushing. So I think you are fine starting now.

There's no rule saying when you can take them. I'm getting my certification in child birth education. I personally would completely understand the reason!
