Sometimes being over weight can make it harder for them to measure, it's harder for them to see in some cases.. especially if you baby was more in your back. A week isn't That much of a difference so don't worry!

I had to go back to get another ultrasound because my little girl was moving way too much and she was laying on her spine so they couldn't see how it was developing. Also my placenta was lying low by my cervix. When i went back the placenta migrated up but she was still laying on her back so couldn't really get a good look at the spine. The lady told me everything was good though. Good luck and I'm sure enquiring will be okay
